About Me and the story of how Nischala Holistic health and Yoga came alive.

Every human has a right to be healthy and blissful. This is what nature has intended for us.
I have been in the healthcare field for 20 years.
As I had grown up with minor health issues it became severe around 2014. We looked in to all aspect of allopathy medicine to find the cure for the problems, so I began searching for alternative solutions. I saw a program called Inner Engineering offered by Isha Foundation, and decided to take the training. I was amazed after the 4 days of the course I started improving drastically, my migraine which I was battling with for almost 15 year has disappeared, Also lot of the minor aches and pain also had been gone. As I was intrigued and amazed of the transformation I decided to further pursue this yogic science.
Since then I have completed several advanced Isha programs and have been on an amazing journey!
Because of the benefits I received, I decided to enroll in Isha Hatha teacher training program, so I could offer these practices to others. In 2019 I completed 1750 hours of training at Isha Hatha School of Yoga in Coimbatore, India, which is dedicated to offering classical yoga in its purest and most potent form. Along with teacher training, I have also studied holistic wellness through Natural Lifestyle, and now use my knowledge of yoga and holistic lifestyle to bring health and happiness.
Nischala Holistic and Yoga Center is located near Tampa, Florida.
What is Yoga?
When we say the word “yoga,” what many people think of first is twisting your body like
a pretzel. But traditionally, when we say “yoga” we’re not talking about getting into a
particular posture. The word “yoga” literally means “union.” It’s not a practice. It’s a certain way of being.
Yoga can be transmitted on many different levels. If you want, you can use yoga just to
get rid of your backache, or to get better mental focus, or a little peace of mind and
happiness. Or you can use yoga as a way of climbing to the highest possibility within Yourself.
Yoga has entered the lives of many people because of Sadhguru, a realized master, yogi,
and profound mystic of our times. So many lives have been profoundly touched by him
and by my personal yoga practice that I wish to share this with whomever wishes to learn.
